OE (“we”) operates The Eighth Colour (com.oe.eighthcolour).

Accounts and saved game data

The game does not require registration or sign-in. Progress, collected items, and settings are stored on your device. Android may back up or restore app data according to your operating-system backup settings. You can delete local app data in Android’s app settings and manage operating-system backups separately through the relevant service.

Advertising and data processed

The Android version uses optional Google AdMob rewarded ads when you request a hint. To provide ads, analytics, and fraud prevention, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share IP addresses and the approximate location they imply, product interactions such as app launches, taps, and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. Google states that this data is encrypted in transit.

Consent and choices

Where required, the game presents an advertising consent form. When a privacy-options entry point is required, you can reopen it from the game settings. Advertising-ID choices can be managed in Android settings. You can continue playing if you choose not to use an ad or if an ad cannot be loaded.

Age

The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect account information. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 sent personal information through a support request may contact us to request deletion.

Support messages

If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you attach as needed to respond. We delete support correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it for a specific period.
